Description: This week, I thought I would provide an update on a company I’ve written about a few times over the years: CarMax. The company is the United States’ largest retailer of used vehicles. Headquartered in Richmond, Va., CarMax operates 146 used car stores in 74 markets. The CarMax consumer offer features low, no-haggle prices, a broad selection of CarMax Quality Certified used vehicles and superior customer service.
